Emerging Australian producer Venture Minerals Limited (ASX code: VMS), has been notified that a request for a judicial review into the Commonwealth Government’s approval of the Riley Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) Project has been lodged with the Federal Court.
This review has been requested by a third party and does not relate to actions controlled by Venture. Rather, the action seeks to review the legalities of the Minister for the Environment’s decision process in approving the Riley Project.
The request does not affect the current production schedule or operations of the Company. However, shareholders will be notified should the Company be materially impacted by this action in the future.
