I would like to think management are monitoring moisture content before organizing shipping. The lack of product monitoring was what brought fast Tony and SO4 to it's knees during commissioning (now lost 2/3's of it's value).
And in relation to "Fujian Express is the one." and " let's just say I wouldn't be surprised if the Fujian Express is the correct ship.". It's a wood chip carrier that does regular trips to and from Burnie to Rizhao. "The problem comes from the recent change in the rules from the ASX about companies issuing pumping anns". That would not be the case. KLL recently released an announcement about their commissioning which isn't due until September and known about. It was only done to settle SH sentiment about it's success after SO4's failing.
Also, don't forget, they have failed to give any update on shipping since informing the market it would occur at the end of July. AR said he would and hasn't. Another broken promise. It's not pumping, it's informing the SH.
