The answer to big question would have been “imminent Or shortly “ Seriously all these panicking was for a little bit delay which it was not unusual considering commissioning and production for the first time . I am sure AR didn’t want this delay and it was out of his control. The real answer to this big question would have been when we achieve steady production in other word commissioning being completed. My guesstimate is that the announcement of complete commissioning will be end of this month and first shipment around mid of next month . IO will remain above 150 for the next 12 months at least . End of the story and after commissioning and shipment smooth sailing and lots of announcements in regards to other projects and JV. VMS has a great future in front and extremely undervalued. The SP will be around one dollar in 12 months time . This is my opinion only and not an investment advise .
