The validity period of any enviro approval is fixed, I’m only really familiar with NSW, where something like this would expire in 8 years, in this case they had it approved in 2013 and it covered them for 10 years. It can be renewed, and since they had an existing approval it should be simplified, the problem is state legislation changes and the approval requirements become more stringent. I’m sure they are all over it, but I cannot see any new application lodged or departure requesting an extension so the question should be asked
