Gday Boen747, alot of information is not available on phones that is available through the URL. If you logged on to your service provider through the internet on your phone chances are you could see this. I am able to see this logging on to Westpac through their URL, I am using a desktop computer to do this but it is the web link that provides the data. So my guess is your phone app limits the data/info you can see.
