Decided to have a go at typing up my own estimates using your format and this is what I come up with. I like the 20% discount rate you used. As you said it accounts for the royalty. I have also added in calculations for Tax and tax deductions. NOT ADVICE DYOR, PDF FOR LEARNING PURPOSES.
