your best bet is to call and try to chat to him. He won’t give away sensitive information. But he will share things that aren’t price sensitive.
I don’t have an email from him. It was all verbal. Also if you go to the last coffee with Noel , I’m sure he mentioned that Riley start up will be quick and the contractors are ready to go.
I think they’ve learned a thing or two from round 1 at Riley.
It should be much more efficient this time around.
