Unfortunately mate I don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth.
UG feasibility started October 2021, still haven't heard anything about it, costs for Riley restart crickets as well, the only real chance SH's have with VMS is if CHN prove up Thor, as VMS board will have nothing to do with it IMHO.
