Welkin - The Kimberley bauxite tenements have been allowed to lapse by the board. This has been in the making for some time now, probably as long as UMC have been negotiating with BHP, as early as January and possibly even prior.
BHP wanted this company clean and that's what has been occuring.
As for the other iron ore resources other than Railway, I suggest you ask Westcott about this as he has done a lot of research in this area.
