The board needs to be replaced ASAP
It's up to shareholders now. That's the problem when you have a board with potential self interests.
How can you place stock at $1.35 then agree to a full takeover at $1.30? Where's the upside for shareholders.
I very much doubt Andrew Forrest would be recommending a deal like this if he was MD. Think about it.
