if i was crm and obviously bias as i am a shareholder and have bought more last friday, i would reneg on the 11% shareholding and go all out offer for umc for cash at 1.45-1.50, then lets see how serious bhp is knowing that they are keen to be near bhp in the pilbara, i say hail the chinese and lets see if this really provokes them into a war, a bidding one, for us long time suffering shareholders.
