I noticed that rim had a very large creditor balance in the dec 24 half yearly report. Despite this, the company has talked up its cash position recently.
Any idea of what things might look like now ? There must have been quite significant costs from the arbitration, drilling and creditor payments.
if they loose the case, they would have extra costs too.
i suspect the company has bet the barn on winning the case - if they loose there must be a chance it’s lights out.
