Im open to correction (and, again, its all ultimately irrelevant as its what the arbitrator decides), but it seems in winning vs Giovinazzo and getting back control of GPR, they literally had a court rubber stamp the change of ownership without declaration etc, triggering the clauses for Rimfire. Contracts are not subjective mood pieces I'm afraid.
