    But I’ve been on record before as saying this is almost impossible on the facts at face value. If im wrong I’ll happily eat humble pie.

    if GPR win then rim have to pay their costs plus damages and the whole company becomes a toxic nightmare. The existing directors and management would all have to resign too given their all or nothing gambit. It would be likely the investors that funded GPR will sue rim too.

    hard to see rim even survive unless Billis steps in - and why would he given how much it appears shareholders dislike him.

    scary really.
