Why would the board have to resign ? All they have done is exercised thier right to terminate the Joint venture which was upheld in court
And damage claims for what ??exercising thier legal rights If the arbitration goes your way Rim will get the benifit of the funds GPR are still required to pay approx 5 million dollors as part of the joint venture joint ,money to continue more drilling good for everyone true ?
If it goes RIMs way then good for them for being smart enough to exercise thier right to terminate and taking back 100% control of the projects
