Most companies update 6 monthly.. The RIM shareholder list is a bit depressing as the biggest shareholder holds way under 5 per cent of stock.. Even the CEO and directors don’t hold many shareholders, such is their confidence , no skin in game from board is always a sign to me.. This new capital raise makes Golden Plaines the biggest share holder by far.. This is a good sign as at least they put their money where their mouth is... and let’s not forget the joint venture money too.
