    So, hello all.

I'm late to the RIM adventure and playing catch-up... looking through a bunch of announcements over this year, this is my take (NOT advice - I really have only just started to scratch the surface, so these are effectively questions as I try to validate my understanding, NOT statements of fact...)

    - RIM contracted GDR to help them find stuff, and was going to handover lots of ownership if they met certain criteria
    - GDR found lots of Scandium and the assets look really promising
    - RIM decided that they didn't want to hand over lots of ownership to GDR
    - RIM found a legal precedent (which we hope stacks up) to ensure they didn't hand over lots of ownership to GDR and terminated contracts (x2).
    - We are awaiting legal outcomes to the legitimacy of those terminations...
    - There is speculation/potential for Rio Tinto takeover of RIM based on indicative Scandium contained in RIM tenancies, and location near to RIO tenancies

Is the above a fair summary? Genuine questions...

Thank you to anyone who responds.
