Minoli, I can see in this years financial report (AFR 15) that the Golden Grove property was revalued on 28 July 2014.

On page 14 of the AFR 15 it says "....the valuation resulted in a write-down of $5,200,000 in 2014..."
so the write-down appears in the previous years accounts. (AFR 2014) I would like to know exactly what it says.
In Fund Update Edition 8 Feb 2011, the independent valuation of Golden Grove appears to be $13 mil.
In Fund Update Edition 18 May 2014, the independent valuation still appears to be $13 mil.
Was there a valuation done between early 2011 and July 2014?
When?
On page 111 of the RG46 statement with The AFR 15 it says
"...Independent valuations are preformed at least once every three years..."
