ah, i'm unlucky enough to have been stuck in the no 4 trust...........and..........she's still up to her tricks i.e. the "hedging" of the loan
the interest bill was 400k, yet the hedging was 500k !! 2 million dollars "owed" to her now ! which is about half the remaining assets, when the last two properties go.........
Then there was the "Kibble affair !!
i have emailed her with questions about the hedging...........no response !
i am trying to get in touch with JohnBallhausen, who started the fund, and recently, set Clayton Utz on her trail.........not sure if any progress was made.
Michael West from the Sydney morning Herald, did a story 2 years ago, and i have contacted him........he is interested in a follow up, if he can get more info.....
my money is gone, i can accept that............but not the act of theft that goes with it
