Clear as can be, GPR breached a clear contractual agreement, and RIM's highly astute management made a master stroke decision to use this legal contract to secure the entire opportunity to themselves. The judge will laugh GPR out of the room on 16 October and RIM will be the winners. You can't just sign a contract and then pretend it doesn't exist. They can cry a river and pay journos to write propaganda, nobody cares. Then RIM will have this multi-billion-dollar opportunity all to themselves, and shareholders will be laughing all the way to the bank!
I am sure the guys at GPR are sweating right now, dwelling the almost certain prospect that they will lose their share of the profits from the motherload
