The case is as clear as can be, RIM has GPR cornered and GPR are sweating. The propaganda article they sponsored yesterday is further proof of this. I saw this and entered yesterday smelling the near-term profits, I am sure others will as well. You can through around words like insolvency all you like, and call other posters whichever names you wish to call them, it won't change the facts.
But yes, we will find out on 16 October. I will be happy to admit I was wrong if that does end up being the case, if investing were always 100% certain then we would all be billionaires, but I have a feeling that won't be necessary given the facts we do have. See what happens
