The existing debt has been payed from cash.

The cash facility (used to pay out the above) from Itochu would be payed back from the first shipment.

There is 16 more ships this year each earning $3.5 USD (although some of this will go back to Minera Santa Barbara)

With no debt to speak of and a cash flow from the IO that PT can put all the plans into gear (IO, Bulman, Li)

Oh yeah.... Add to the above cash from the options. The last set of options (10m) put $1m in the piggy bank.

All is looking VG on the Finance/Cash front. PT is showing he is financially savy and I think it is that fact that ADY is now being re-rated.
