Highlights:
Phillip Thomas has been appointed Managing Director of Rincon Lithium Limited, and will remain as a Director on the Admiralty Board and will be appointed Chairman of the Board of Cia Minera Santa Barbara shortly. He is also responsible for the Bulman and Pyke Hill projects.

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Admiralty Resources NL announces that Mr Phillip Thomas has tendered his resignation as a Director which has been accepted by the Board.
It doesn't look like he ever resigned from Rincon. I knew there had to be a some sort of vested interest in not attempting to raise the funds to keep Rincon by raising funds from ADY shareholders.
