Most “projections” I’ve seen are wrong and I based my comment on that fact.

But they have another problem. If you work out what they want to produce and the area of the ponds, there is no way that the brine will concentrate in the 4 months to March, as solar evaporation will take at least twice that long to concentrate from the natural brine to about ~3 to 4% Li. The only way they can achieve that rate of evaporation in such a short period is by heating using, say, a boiler. Repeating myself, using solar evaporation alone will require at least 6 month to concentrate the brine.
