With 20yrs+ since the early 90's Pablo is a much much wiser man and far more experience chemical engineer. Developing the Li extraction process most likely would have been done on the side as his wisdom would have told him how precious that knowledge can be.
I can now see why he is such a secretive individual and like any astute businessman he keeps the process to himself. Very big tick.
