I got rid of the employees some time ago.
Got sick of being a defacto for government services.
If and when I get jobs now I subcontract to specialists and I only pay them upon completion of a job well done.
And there is competition on price for those jobs not like employees.
Oh and side benefit I have my weekends back and time to spend on a chat room - like you!
