    Does anyone know IF the options are NOT in the money can the company pass a resolution to extend the expiry date ? if so anyone know the chances of this happening ?

    ill say its very high as it will be in the best interest of the company and shareholders ? wouldn't....

    I do think PB has a rabbit in the hat...
