Yesiam, our market often makes a habit of leading other world markets. Regardless of whether it's right or not it happens regularly and unfortunately if you placed some trades that were based on just following the rest of the world, you have just been taught a lesson by the mr market.
Hope it's not too expensive a lesson.. Everyone has done it.
