Thanks for that information. Every bit helps to ease general concerns about our future. It's an unfortunate fact that BRM can't provide shareholders with more details without exposing its hand to Wah Nam. I'm sure Wah Nam have analysed every aspect of every option open to the BRM board, but what they can't know is the timing. It's one thing to know WHAT could happen, but it's a very different thing to know with certainty WHEN it will occur.

I read something the other day that suggested that the general opinion held by market watchers was that this takeover had only a very slim chance of success. The sooner the Takeover bid is dead and buried the better.
