In reply to the person who will remain nameless - in the absence of a published policy on Ring Fencing of commercially sensitive information, there is no way that someone could claim that Kevin Lewis is acting within regulation.

Is there such a document published by ASX that outlines how they deal with information that should be ring fenced from other parts of the business?

I for one would not want anyone at the ASX having commercially sensitive information if you could not be confident on how the information is kept from other elements in the business, or from being released to the market to the detriment of ISX.
