ASX should not be looking to disclose information about commercial discussions underway like a VISA termination discussion. At what point is that normal? Surely the company has a right to complete that discussion in private before disclosing it (as they said they would, after telling ASX it was likely be terminated in 120 days). Seriously name one other instance of a company disclosing that sort of information? Is Hamish Douglas at Magellan disclosing information about the JV he’s apparently doing with Matthew Grounds and Barclays yet? (never mind it’s all over the papers and had been for weeks).
