Those troops were to assist in ensure Hotel Quarantine 2.0 worked. That was a bust with 801 deaths, linked by genomic sequencing directly to covid-19 escaping from those same quarantine hotels.

And the funny thing is Crisp cannot remember why he rescinded the ADF orders. One must suspect Andrews and his cronies use burner cell phones.
