Mark is rightfully waiting until October until he considers buying anyone's shares off market.
Why might this be?
Because that's when we should have a good indication if there is ANY fight still left in this. SKN were granted a month extension on filing their Annual Financial Report.

What does this mean?
Pretty much whether or not they have enough revenue to stay afloat.
If yes - then to everyone's surprise we could trade again.
If no - then very likely you could guarantee you can kiss your cash goodbye.

Very unlikely in the "yes" situation that Mark will be bailing you out as the shares will hold no value at all.

Just put this part of your portfolio aside until we're notified what exactly is going on. Hopefully we find out this month. But otherwise just wait and see.
