    - If VCR require another capital raising, it will be 1st half 09 FY.......by then the SP should be around $1.60
    - Why?.....don't kid yourself, if the insto were willing to spend 20mil in 07, then they will splurge even more $ in 08/09 where VCR are closer to FDA approv and making revenue!!!
