Listening to the Analysts call, what I gathered is that they are going ahead with this Infrastructure deal with whomever, with the option to implement it at a later date when the Iron Ore price improves. It seems they do not want to be exposed to the Capital expenditure at this point in time. It is interesting when he said that they have opened the door to more sophisticated infrastructure, meaning this deal may have already been done, but confidentiality agreements are preventing them from saying any more at this point in time.They are also looking for partners to come in and invest in these projects.
