Will there be a dividend? Whether a dividend is paid is entirely at the discretion of the Board & positions on the Board are at the behest of the majority shareholder, and their decision will be dependent upon their agenda for ownership of the company. The makeup of the Board at present (Chinese) is a strong indicator of their intentions IMO. My personal opinion is there will be no dividends & they will keep the sp trading around cash backing levels for the next year or two & then attempt to buy 100% of the Grange off the minority shareholders effectively using shareholders money to do so. (ie. cash backing) Call me any name you wish or tell me I have no idea whatsoever, but when the Board announced 'no divvy' I told you so about a year before it happened and Rocket wanted to commit to the asylum.
