I don't have to justify "my opinion" because thats all it is.... and yes it is based on experience.
the SP can very obviously be manipulated lower to a point where a TO offer made (up to 30% above VWAP) seems like a good deal to retailers like myself but in fact was the original target by the entity seeking to acquire in the first place. thats was my point!!!
