I don't think you're doing yourself any favors equating PA of the past several months with the rinse and repeat antics we were accustomed to pre-covid.
You don't go from $20 to $5 on "nothing fundamental".
You might just have to recalibrate your expectations re: recovery time. This could be a long haul hold in the doldrums.
