Close, Dull, it was 3.4 BHP for 1 RIO revised up from the original offer of 3:1. Both these offers were rejected by RIO as undervaluing the company(RIO). I believe it was more the case that RIO directors were not acting in the best interest of the shareholders. As it turns out it was probably a blessing in disguise.
