Thinking about it tonight, maybe Rio have sold there shares, or at least pledged their share to the Chinese to make sure the China gets their 50%.
Then once it is formal and it is locked in and Hohnen gets his 243.55 and is out, RIO makes a formal bid for EXT and gets the last laugh for stuffing up their plans.
Still praying for that bigger bid
