However, if all you have to do is lay down some tracks with some sort of engine pulling open trolleys, you are talking a coouple of mill at most (pure guess work).

How about timescales? New plant, you are talking years, tracks and engine you are talking months. What's that worth in terms of csahflow?

That's hefty savings for RIO, makes the potential buy price higher.

With the head grade implied by GD012 you are talking some serious cost savings in terms of extraction costs by virtue of the fantastic concentrations.
