    RIO have 8 billion to spend looking for a copper producer with a turnover of 200000 tonnes per year.
    Sounds to me like they have been knocking on the door trying to get lucky in this market.Too much upside in this stock now with uranium being allowed to be sold now and production possibly up and running as early as next week.
    The only major project coming up that is fully funded makes it a prime takeover target.
