Thanks for the late nights inorder to give readers the early news.
SDL would be silly to not take advantage of an opportunity to announce some of the names vying for the tender and also the Cameroon Govt's encouragement to those on that short list. Since SDL themselves are on that list, they would be within the guidelines re. announcements.
It's an encouraging step.
