    Hi,

    The way I am reading into it, port access would be shared. This is the way I am reading the Cameroon governments intentions. Does anyone know if RIO are developing any mining interests in Cameroon? I know they have in Guinea. It wouldn't be in the national interest to tie up 100% of the port access with a player who is developing a project in Guinea anyway.
