    Yes to both (....if i recall correctly the later). Again for the logical reason, to optimise the cost effectiveness of the resource. My main point was "use it or loose it" doesn't mean "use it now". Just because RIO didn't do anything (or been doing anything) with it, does mean it wasn't in their furture mining strategy. Booms come and go. It may be in the public interest to allow this resource to be mined at a later date (under RIO). We may be booming at the moment, but if CAZ hadn't line up BHP this resource could have been locked up, by a fry (CAZ) for a long, long time if they couldn't get into production by the down turn. And that wouldn't be in the public interest.
