G'day Kman,
Rio is a stock that I have huge respect for as it can move very strongly in a short time frame. (I have been caught on the wrong side of RIO using ETO,s before)
I dislike stock predictions when the current shareprice is mid channel.
I was waiting for RIO to fill the $36-05 before I would take out a short position, but it didnt quite make it on monday.
The stochastic looks like it is rolling down, but I just get the gut feeling it will move higher to get that gap. From there I think it will lose support very quickly and will be a great short.
I could be way off with my thinking, as I said I'm very cautious with RIO.
