I just read the bid media release and they have secured control of only 15% of the shares at the bid price. Therefore I cannot see this proceeding on basis currently proposed and I am sure that RIO expects to, and will, increase its offer. There will be counter offers and in my opinion the media statement all but foreshadows it. I'll be holding for a higher price!!
