At this early stage it is easy pickings for RIO, be alert don't be alarmed.
It is a looooonnnnggggg way from circa 20% to the 68% that RIO will want (at least).
As they increase their holding it will be harder and harder (and more expensive) to increase their holding further.
The longer you hold, the more you will get. The last bit, maybe the last 20%, RIO will pay TOP dollar for it to be over once and for all.
Be patient, it will all happen. Don't be silly and sell at current levels.
