Good to see the bit about cementing relations with the Namibian government.
This seems necessary in light of reports that Putin had signed an agreement on Uranium with them.
As an Extract holder, this would seem a good development, as it probably shows that Rio are serious about Namibia, and therefore their stake in Extract.
PS I don't think Rio is the biggest miner- we all should know who that is.
