I have no doubt about the upgradeable potential, im not sure if the company is going to come out and spell this issue out to the market because i think that BRM think its a forgone conclusion.
I think that if this still needs final confirmation and we are talking about finalising another 500 million tonnes of saleable product grading 57.5% - 59.5% i think that it would fair to say that BRM will go straight to $5 on this confirmation.
A few still have doubt but can obviously see that many are looking from the outside in, many of us are in boots and all, as shueym99 said BRM is ticking boxes at a fast clip and the risks are getting less and less by the day.
again it just comes down to risk/reward and what people are comfortable with, im very comfortable with BRM
